I'm naturally very introverted. Can I still be a great public speaker?
Absolutely. Some of the world's most impactful speakers are introverts. We don't try to change your personality — we refine your "performance persona." We focus on high-impact strategies that allow you to command a room without needing to be the loudest person in it.
What makes your coaching different from traditional media training?
Most media training focuses only on the "delivery." My approach integratesSales, Networking, and Psychology.As someone who built a multi-million pound brand, I teach you how to speak in a way that actually converts — whether that's converting a lead into a sale or an audience into a community.
Can you help with "imposter syndrome" in professional settings?
Yes. This is a core pillar of my "Professional Confidence" module. We move beyond "fake it till you make it" and focus on science-backed techniques to eliminate low-confidence language (like over-apologising) and replace it with executive presence.
I struggle with networking events. Do you offer practical scripts?
I do! My networking coaching includes my "Beyond the Business Card" framework. You'll receive specific scripts for opening conversations, pivoting away from small talk, and the exact 24-hour follow-up sequence I used to secure partnerships with global brands.

Are sessions held in person or online?
To accommodate my global community, most coaching sessions are held via Google Meet (45–60 minutes). However, for keynote preparation or corporate workshops, in-person sessions in London can be arranged.
