By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to the following explicit terms and conditions:

• Refund & Cancellation Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable if you change your mind or are unable to attend. In the unlikely event that the masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, a full refund of the ticket face value will be issued.

• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable to other dates or events. However, if you cannot make it, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague, provided you notify us via email at least 48 hours prior to the event with their full name and contact details.

• Mandatory Media & Filming Consent: This workshop is a live content-driven environment designed to document visual transformation. High-quality video recording, audio recording, and photography will take place throughout the entire 2-hour intensive. By purchasing a ticket, you grant the organiser irrevocable permission to use your likeness, voice, and image in promotional materials, social media content, and future marketing. If you are uncomfortable being filmed, please do not purchase a ticket.

• Liability: The organisers are not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the event, nor are they liable for any personal travel or accommodation expenses incurred to attend.
